Training is turning out very exciting with Chennairunners, this morning, around 12 of us ran a distance of around 5 kms along the Marina.
We all ran in a single file and the last runner had to overtake the first runner and so on along the entire distance.. Now this may sound easy, but this really is like interval training, but fun filled.
Tomorrow we are running a 15 kms run , where the slow runners start atleast 10 mins ahead and then the rest follow, just so that we all finish together
It's never been this exciting before , now that we have a lot of runners with the same passion for running, each member has different innovative ideas / training plans / recovery solutions for fellow runners
