Had breakfast in Rayar's cafe in Mylapore. Had a choice between Karpagambal Mess and Rayar's cafe. I decided on Rayar's cafe and it was truly awesome. Rayar's cafe has been around for more than 5 decades and the pongal / vada & Idlis are really awesome. You'll have to go early as there are only 3 tables and it gets crowded especially on a sunday. Pongal, idlis and Vada are a must. Had one serving of Pongal, couple of idlis and 3 Vada and it costed just 30 bucks. of course, ended the breakfast with an awesome coffee
